In order to properly use wInner Pocket POS, some settings have to be configured on the server in relation to Terminal Services. Since the pocket PC devices are carried by the waiters, in all areas of the building, it is possible that a device goes out of the network ranges of the antennas. Therefore a number of parameters have to be set on the server in order to keep sessions alive for a certain period of time, but not too long either.
In order to set the parameters, proceed as follows:
From the Start menu, select Programs, then Administrative Tools.
Select Terminal Services Configuration.
In the Right Pane, Right-click on the default
connection RDP-Tcp and select
Properties.

Click the Sessions
Tab and set the parameters as shown in this screen shot.

Click the Remote
Control Tab and set the settings as in the screen shot below. These
parameters will permit you to take control of the handheld devices from
the server PC.

Click OK.
