End of 2003, Planet wInner installed a 407 room resort hotel on the
French Antilles. The Resort Hotel de Mont Vernon selected the full
range of wInner products to automate its hotel, f&b and sales &
catering departments.
The hotel counts 370
junior suites and 37 atlantic suites, one restaurant, and 2 bars.
wInner was selected as the preferred system to automate Front Office,
Reservations, Point of sales, Sales and Catering and Conference and
Banquets facilities. The system was installed in November 2003, and
the installation was very smooth. The hotel is managed by the
Holigest group,
which had selected the wInner system for all of its hotels in 2002.
