Early
2004, Planet wInner was contacted by Microsoft regarding the Microsoft
Certified Partner program. At first this seemed a difficult assignment
as the requirements are not simple and easy. However, the quality of
our products, and the development strategy that we adhere to, have
enabled us to pass the test without problems. Planet wInner is now
Microsoft Certified Partner, and wInner is a Microsoft
'Certified' product!

The
'Neutrale Landsbond' or LNZ runs 3 holiday Centres at the Belgian
Coast side, and in the Ardennes. After a thorough analysis of systems
available on the market, they decided to go with wInner. LNZ
found that wInner is a professional solution with Hotel and EPOS
fully integrated and has a unique price / value ratio. |

Credit Card Interface.

The
wInner Credit Card Interface is a solution that provides permanent
access to the Banks for credit card validation, authorisation code
request and payment transactions. This solution is fully integrated
throughout the wInner system giving each PC the facility to process
credit card transactions on-line. |
 AFD
Postcode Lookup (UK only).
January 2004
wInner recently validated AFD Postcode Lookup, a UK address
database product that can be used in combination with wInner
Front Office. The product contains a robot utility that allows
the lookup addresses via postcode, and automatically insert the
address information into the wInner address book record. |
 Planet wInner Spain.
December 2003
End
of 2003, wInner signed a distribution agreement with a Spanish
company. This new company is constituted by the former IT Director and the former sales manager
of a global leading provider in Hosputality Technology. Both of the reviewed the
wInner products, and were convinced that wInner is a professional and
high quality product. Planet wInner Spain will distribute exclusively
the wInner products for the Spanish market. |
 wInner goes to the French Antilles.
November 2003
End of 2003, Planet wInner installed a 407 room resort hotel on the
French Antilles. The Resort Hotel de Mont Vernon selected the full
range of wInner products to automate its hotel, f&b and sales &
catering departments. |

Expo 2003.

End of 2003, Planet wInner was present at the HoReCa Expo show in
Ghent Belgium. This year's show was very successfull, and wInner
introduced a range of new products and features. |
 Autogrill Selects wInner Front Office.
September 2003
Autogrill France has selected wInner Front Office for it's hotels.
Winner was already in use in one of the Autogrill hotels, and has
proven to be a high quality solution. Given this satisfaction,
Autogrill decided to equip all of their hotels in France with wInner.

 HoReCa Expo 2003.
From November 23rd to 27th incl,
Planet wInner will be present at HoReCa Expo 2003. Come and

Pocket POS Operational.
Pocket POS,
the wInner wireless Point of Sales product, is running in a live
operational environment at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Bruges. The
fully renovated coffee shop 'De Linde' now uses wInner Pocket
POS to deliver even faster service than before.
Pocket POS is an application that runs on any device that is
Pocket PC enabled. wInner Pocket POS Uses wireless LAN
technologies providing wireless access to your POS system.

15 Hotelschools select wInner.
Recently the Flemish Discrict
priovided funding for hotelschools to invest in PMS / POS products to be
integrated in the schools training programs. A Task force was organised,
responsible for evaluating all products on the market and select the best
one.
Winner was selcted as the favourite system and 15
schools selected the wInner PMS, wInner conference & banquets and POS
systems to be implemented in the schools.
The schools will
use wInner POS in an operationel restaurant / bar environment, and
implement the wInner PMS and Conference & Banquets in a classroom
environment. Within the schools' package of courses, a course is created
aimed only at teaching the students how to use, operate and implement PMS
products in a hotel environment, and this being wInner!
In future, hotels
using wInner may expect to get trainees from these schools that already
have wInner knowledge. |
HosTec 2003 in Birmingham U.K.
At the Hospitality show HosTec in Brimingham UK, Planet wInner
was present at the stand of our UK distributor Hopitality Solutions UK.
