helpdesk service 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. At any moment,
our helpdesk engineers can be reached in case you should encounter a
problem with your wInner system.
Each call is logged in our tracking software enabling us to provide you
with detailed feedback on your system. Optionally, we can deliver monthly
statistics of calls logged for your business as well as time required for
resolution.
Support is available either via telephone, or via this web-site. In case
we need to access your system for an intervention, or upgrade, this can be
done by remote connection with your system, eliminating the need for
costly visits to your hotel or restaurant.
